Studio Policies & Payment Procedures
2011-2012

REGISTRATION
New Student Registration $35.00 Returning Student Registration $30.00. If you have more than one dancer in an immediate family, the additional fee is $5.00 per child. The fee is due prior to the first class.

TUITION
*Tuition is based on the number of hours the student is enrolled in at the beginning of the month, not the student’s attendance throughout the month. All payments are due by the first class of each month. Any payment not received on time is subject to a 20% late payment fee.

PRORATIONS
There are NO REFUNDS on any payments made to Studio 413 including but not limited to class, competitions, shows, costumes fees, convention fees, etc. Furthermore, class payment fees cannot be prorated if your child misses a class for any reason. If the dancer misses class it is their responsibility to see their teacher in order to make up the class within that month.
UNPAID BALANCE
Anyone who has an outstanding balance at the end of the month (i.e. monthly class fee, competition fee, costume fee, show fees, etc.) will NOT be allowed to participate in dance class until the balance has been paid in full.

FAMILY DISCOUNT
A family discount is offered to anyone who has 2 or more dancers in its immediate family. To find the total cost for a family, separately find each dancer’s class cost under “Pricing" (based on the number of total classes)....add each of those costs together, then take 15% off of that total.

PAYMENT METHOD
Checks, Visa/MasterCard/Discover, money order or cashiers check are the only acceptable forms of payment. NO CASH. All checks should be made out to Studio 413. Place in the payment drop box in the lobby. A bounced check fee of $20.00 will be charged on all returned checks. If you bounce a check the only acceptable payments at that time will be Visa/MasterCard/Discover, money order or cashiers check.

DROPPED CLASSES
If you drop a class for any reason you must give us 30 days notice by e-mail or letter or you will be charged $20.00.

REFERRAL SYSTEM
If you refer a student to Studio 413 and they register by the end of the month you will receive 10% off of one month’s tuition.
*Can only be applied once a year.

CHRISTMAS EVENT-All dancers will have the opportunity to be in the Collierville Christmas Parade. The purchase of a sweatshirt will be required in order to participate. The parade is Friday, December 2nd.

SPRING SHOW 2012
If you are a registered student you are required to participate in the show.
Our show will be at the Rose Theater at the University of Memphis. The Show will be Saturday and Sunday, May 12th & 13th. The dress rehearsal will be Friday, May 11th.

Recital fee is due with your December tuition. Please pay $77.00 recital fee with a separate check or credit card and in the memo include “recital fee.” Tickets will be given out to parents at recital registration in May. *Your recital fee includes tickets to the show, (dancers do not need a ticket) and recital t-shirt. Costume deposit will be due NO LATER THAN JANUARY 3rd. Costume deposits are $60.00 per class/costume.
