Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning training at Studio 413 involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance. These classes are developed to improve performance in dancers when competing. This class also helps with injury prevention and develops the proper mechanics within company dancers performances. By introducing a balanced training program that includes a range of Strength and Conditioning exercises, it helps provide a strong foundation in developing the necessary skills to be able to become a stronger dancer.
