REGISTRATION

Annual Registration is $35.00. If you have more than one dancer in an immediate family, the annual fee is $35.00 for the entire family. The fee is due prior to the first class. This fee does not apply to Company members.

TUITION

*Tuition is based on the number of hours the student is enrolled in at the beginning of the month, not the students attendance throughout the month. All payments are due by the first class of each month or by other specified due dates (during the summer). Any payment not received on time is subject to a 20% late payment fee.

PRORATIONS

There are NO REFUNDS on any payments made to Studio 413 including but not limited to class, competitions, shows, costumes fees, convention fees, etc. Furthermore, class payment fees cannot be prorated if your child misses a class for any reason. If the dancer misses class it is their responsibility to see their teacher in order to make up the class.

UNPAID BALANCE

Anyone who has an outstanding balance at the end of the month (i.e. monthly class fee, competition fee, costume fee, show fees, etc.) will NOT be allowed to participate in dance class until the balance has been paid in full.

FAMILY DISCOUNT

A family discount is offered to anyone who has 2 or more dancers in its immediate family. To find the total cost for a family, separately find each dancer’s class cost under “Pricing" (based on the number of total classes)....add each of those costs together, then take 15% off of that total.

PAYMENT METHOD

Checks and cash are the only acceptable forms of payment. All checks should be made out to Studio 413. Place in the payment drop box in the lobby. A bounced check fee of $20.00 will be charged on all returned checks.

DROPPED CLASSES

If you drop a class for any reason you must give us 30 days notice by e-mail or letter or you will be charged $20.00.

REFERRAL SYSTEM

If you refer a student to Studio 413 and they register by the end of the month you will receive 10% off of one month’s tuition.

CHRISTMAS EVENT

In lieu of a Christmas Show all dancers will have the opportunity to perform in the Collierville Christmas Parade. The purchase of a sweatshirt will be required in order to participate. The parade is usually the first Friday in December 7th.

SPRING SHOW 2008

If you are a registered student you are required to participate in the show. The fee is $55.00 per dancer or per family and isdue by November 1st 2006. The Costume deposit of $50.00 is due January 15th 2007. The date of the recital TBA.

Pricing 2007-2008

Monthly Tuition- Tuition fees are based on the number of hours taken per week. To find your cost, calculate the total amount of hours and see chart below. Walk-in classes are $14.00
