Our son started dance classes at 4 years old and hasn’t stopped. He spent 10 years at a wonderful studio where his joy for dancing began and his skills were developed. As we watched through the years, we realized his special talent and passion for dance and knew we needed to find a way for him to further his training and take his dancing to the next level.
As we looked for options in the Memphis area, we realized that Studio 413 was the only place for us. We had competed with them over the years and saw the talent and dedication the 413 dancers showed. We wanted a studio that would push our son to be his best and help him grow to his full potential. Meeting with Maggie and Kim confirmed that 413 was where we needed to be.
The progress our son has made since joining 413 is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. In addition to the talented 413 teachers he works with on a daily basis, he has had access to nationally renowned, award winning choreographers. The combination has brought him to a new level and made us all believe that he can make dance his future career.
The 413 dancers not only warmly welcomed our son, but the parents also made us feel welcomed as well. When our son auditioned, we arrived extra early and he was a little nervous about going into a new studio. A group of dancers came out to the parking lot, enthusiastically greeted him, and walked with him into the studio. He felt like he was part of the team from day one. We can say the same thing for the 413 faculty and parents. From the first day, we were welcomed with open arms and made to immediately feel a part of the 413 family.
Our son has loved dancing since his first class and, since joining the 413 team, his passion has grown even more. We are incredibly thankful to be part of the 413 community!
