Jill Cupps

Jill Cupps is a native of Madison, MS. She attended Madison Central High School where she was captain of the cheerleading squad and then went on to pursue an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mississippi. During Jill’s time at Ole Miss, she was a member of Delta Gamma sorority and a Diamond Girl for the baseball team. She completed an internship with Baptist Memorial Hospital in cardiac rehabilitation where she supervised exercise programs for patients, in both inpatient and outpatient areas of the hospital. She completed her B.S. in Exercise Science in 2005 and then began a career utilizing her degree through rehabilitation care services as a fitness coordinator to all the members of this organization. Jill transitioned her career in 2008 to begin overseeing the kid’s health and fitness activities at Life Time Fitness in Collierville. In 2012, Jill completed a Master of Education from Union University. Jill currently is the strength and conditioning instructor at Studio 413 where she implements the strategy and instruction of specific growth areas that company dancers need in order to compete at a high level. Jill has a passion for not just fitness and exercise for herself but in training these young dancers to become stronger both physically and mentally. Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. You will likely see her attending many sporting activities with her son and dance competitions with her two girls. She is also an active member of Collierville First Baptist Church where she teaches a high school girls’ Bible fellowship class.
