Riley Strube started dancing at age 3 at Centre Stage Dance Academy in North Little Rock, Arkansas. She trained for many years under her mother, gaining a deep love and appreciation for the art and history of Tap. Through High School, she competed with Dance Dynamics Company in Little Rock, Arkansas in addition to holding the Captain positions on Cabot High School’s Junior Varsity and Varsity Dance Teams.After graduation, Riley began competing for the title of Miss Arkansas, which allowed her to gain scholarship and numerous awards on a local and state level for Tap. She says that performing her tap dance in front of the entire state is a dream come true. As she continues to compete for the title of Miss Arkansas, she looks forward to having her time on stage each summer. Riley is currently an Undergraduate student at the University of Central Arkansas, majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Her plans are to receive her Doctorate in Audiology, while continuing to share her love of Tap with as many people as possible.
